CEEWL was created to provide opportunities for leaders to be inspired, implement new ideas in their organizations, meet other women leaders, and be able to reach their career goals and contribute in the world in a way they want.
At the Centre of Excellence for Executive Women Leadership (CEEWL) we inspire, empower and develop executive women leaders to advance their ability to achieve their goals and increase their opportunity to contribute in the world. Our focus includes four key leadership attributes: Competence, Confidence, Courage and Contribution.

Panel and Networking Series
The backbone of CEEWL is our monthly Panel and Networking Series. This series is open to executive women leaders and women leaders who want to:
- Meet other women leaders
- Be inspired by high profile leaders to advance their careers
- Implement their ideas in their organizations
- Enhance their career opportunities
- Discover ways to contribute in their community
Collaborative Leadership Development
Leadership coaching circles and interactive development workshops are offered to women and men leaders from many sectors to learn collaboratively while deepening strategic relationships.

Learning groups are small to enhance learning and networking to advance leader’s career goals. Facilitators are content experts and certified facilitators.
